We want to know what makes you tick! But this is a two way process and we want to provide you with as might insight into the role as possible.
Depending on the role that you apply for we may ask you to complete a short assessment or prepare something for an interview.
Here are some examples of tasks you may need to complete:
Come prepared, ask us questions and be sincere. Interviews are about finding a great match for both sides.
For some roles at IWG you will have an initial call with one of our Global Recruitment team. This is the perfect opportunity for you to get to know us better – we’re here to answer any of your questions, so give us a good grilling!
At this stage we will talk to you about the role, what it is like to work at IWG as well as understanding how your skills, knowledge and experience match to the position you’re applying for. We will then decide if you are ready for the next stage.
Not to worry if you aren’t – we will give you feedback to help you with future interviews.
Prior to your call you can take a look at our team here
We use a few different methods in our recruitment process.
You may be asked to complete a recorded video interview, don’t worry you will have time to prepare, just get comfortable and answer the questions that come up on the screen.
In some roles we work remotely – in this case we could ask you to join a video interview via MS Teams. Just make sure you have downloaded it ready for your call.
In most cases we will ask you to come meet us at one of our amazing centres where you will get to meet the team and maybe even grab a coffee!
This structured interview will be your chance to meet with one or more of the team. Like many of the best moments in life, the hard work of an interview is actually done before the actual event. The more preparation you do means you’ll not only be a far more impressive interviewee, but far more importantly you’ll feel more prepared and confident.
Don’t forget to take your time. We’ll be looking for evidence of structured thinking.
But most of all, don’t be nervous, be prepared and be yourself. We can’t wait to meet you!
If you like what you see, and we like what we hear, we’ll officially invite you to join the IWG community.
After you have completed the relevant stages of our recruitment process it’s time to decide. Hopefully, you decide to come and join the IWG family!
A career with us is as inspiring as it is challenging. Our Operations, Head Office, Training & Development teams are committed to making sure you can thrive in your role, providing you with all the support, encouragement, training and development required. This starts with your structured onboarding process.
As a service-based business the strength and capabilities of our increasingly geographically diverse team are critical to achieving our strategic objectives.
We want to support you to be your best, unlocking your full potential and continuing to develop both professionally and personally. But that doesn’t mean you’ll be stuck in a classroom. We’re committed to supporting you and that could be in-person, on-the-job, online, 1:1 coaching, self development, through professional qualifications or through e-learning.
At IWG we know that feedback works both ways!
At each stage of the process, you will receive feedback from our team but we will also ask you how you found the process so we can improve it for future applicants.
If you complete our online Sales or Operations assessment, you will receive a personalized feedback report to let you now how you preformed. This will give you some handy pointers for future assessments/interviews.
Thank you
