About IWG - https://www.iwgplc.com/
We’re changing the world of work. We believe that business success is underpinned by the
effectiveness of its people. So, we made it our mission to help millions of people have a great day at work – every day. With locations in practically every country, city, town and transport hub, and options ranging from an hour’s coworking to multi-year office space leases, we enable people and businesses to work where, when, and how they want.
The Process Excellence & Automation team is a strategic function that bridges the gap between business and technology and brings together diverse expertise in business analysis, process redesign and optimization, software development and testing, as well as production support and continuous improvement. Our primary objective is to reduce the current and future operational costs, enable scalability and secure business quality and assurance, through process improvement and automation delivery. The first step to achieve this objective is through discovering and analysing business problems and process inefficiencies across the back-office of the organization, and this is where our Business Analysts come in.
Join our Process Excellence & Automation team as an experienced Business Analyst, where you'll be instrumental in driving our automation success. We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of RPA and workflow automation technologies, particularly skilled in discovering, assessing and scoping automation opportunities. Our Business Analysts are the driving force behind identifying the right opportunities with significant benefits, then translating these business requirements into clear, actionable diagrams and documentation for our Developers to build effective automations.
As a Business Analyst you will have the responsibility to lead the discovery and analysis efforts across multiple processes and initiatives, independently or in collaboration with other Business Analysts in the team. Your previous experience with process and value-stream mapping, as well as a deep understanding of the RPA and Workflow automation technologies are key for your success. The ability to navigate through a dynamic and fast paced environment is also important, as the priorities and direction of travel is changing as per the wider business priorities.
IWG and its brands, including HQ, Regus, and Spaces, are equal opportunity, affirmative action employers. We invite applications from all individuals, regardless of ethnicity, gender, disability, religion, or sexual orientation. All applications will be considered and evaluated based on merit. We do not practice unfair discrimination. Preference will be given to suitably qualified individuals from underrepresented groups, according to our Employment Equity Plan, as required by the Employment Equity Act of South Africa.
