About the role:
As a Co-working Reception Manager (Community Sales Manager) you will help us nurture and support our customers and centre teams at a Centre level. Overseeing and supporting the overall daily operations of a centre. You'll be contributing to the growth and success of your customers, helping them to use flexible working to enhance their productivity.
Responsibilities:
As a Co-working Reception Manager, you’ll own customer experience and operations in your centre. You'll be the daily point of contact in one of our business centres and an integral part of delivering the best customer experience. Whether they're staying for an hour or many years, our customers all come with different needs
