Job Purpose

As Country Manager, you will lead IWG’s operations, growth, and performance across The Netherlands. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic commercial management with hands-on operational delivery. You will own the country P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer experience, and lead a diverse team to deliver IWG’s ambition: to make hybrid working accessible everywhere.

Key Responsibilities


Commercial Leadership
• Own and deliver the country’s financial performance, including revenue and profit targets.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all IWG brands and channels.
• Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion. 

Operational Excellence
• Ensure centres operate efficiently, with high occupancy and outstanding customer service. 
• Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.

Team Leadership
• Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that embodies IWG’s customer centric culture.
• Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and network development functions.
• Drive accountability and performance through clear KPIs and data-driven management.

Customer & Partner Engagement
• Represent IWG as the market leader in flexible workspace, building strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• Strong commercial track-record of driving month on month top and bottom-line growth.
• Outstanding leadership skills – you have recruited, trained, and retained a best in class team. 
• Good at setting priorities, putting plans in place and using data to review performance.
• Understands and manage levers that maximize revenue and profitability including price  and enquiry conversion.
• Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong  business relationships.
• Well organised, good at setting priorities for self and others. 
• Resilient and a strong work ethic.
