About the Opportunity:

As a Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of your Regus centre while finding ways to increase sales and revenue, helping more and more people enjoy the benefits of flexible working. You’ll motivate your team to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 

What you`ll do:

  • Meet and greet our clients at reception
  • Be able to support them with their requests
  • Work alongside colleagues and leadership to enhance the in-office experience of customers
  • Prepare, organise and execute day-to-day activities related to the office space that you will be assigned to
  • Answer enquiries about office availability and provide initial support and guidance to prospect clients
  • Monitor office space’s cleanliness, set up and make sure that it is adhering to the set policies
  • Engage clients to better understand their needs and provide support
  • Promote centre to new customers and show them how flexible workspace could enhance their business
  • Generate leads by delivering engaging networking events within your community

What you bring:

  • An excellent communicator that can deal with variety of customers and requests - ideally in the hospitality or events industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An open-mind and proactivity
  • You feel truly motivated by the challenges
  • You are ready to walk the extra mile
  • A Team player focused on operational excellence and delivering best in class experiences
  • Support customers with contract renewals
  • Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
  • Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
  • Previous experience in Operations and Facility would be considered a plus
  • Previous experience in Sales would be considered a plus
  • Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
