Enterprise Sales Support

Location: Colombia

Job Purpose

The Enterprise Sales Support (ESS) team plays a pivotal role in enabling a seamless, high-quality enterprise sales process. As trusted partners to Enterprise Sales Managers (ESMs), ESS ensures that proposals, pricing, contracts, and governance approvals are aligned and executed efficiently across functions.

Serving as deal coordinators, ESS professionals bring structure, clarity, and momentum to each sales pursuit. By managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and owning internal execution, they reduce seller burden, accelerate deal cycles, and uphold a consistent, high-quality client experience.

This role reports into the Director of Enterprise Support and works closely with regional sales teams and functional stakeholders. Success is measured by proposal quality and turnaround time, ESM satisfaction, win rates, and adherence to internal processes and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with ESMs and Subject Matter Experts to understand client needs and shape tailored, compelling proposals.
  • Own the full proposal lifecycle—ensuring clarity, structure, and timely delivery of client-ready outputs.
  • Coordinate each deal from end to end, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and tracking progress.
  • Proactively drive timelines and follow-ups to maintain momentum, surface risks early, and avoid delays.
  • Ensure accuracy in all proposals, contracts, and documents, meeting internal compliance standards.
  • Manage pricing inputs and approvals, resolving exceptions as needed.
  • Confidently present and explain the proposed solution clearly to the ESM for alignment.
  • Provide updates on status, risks, and key decisions to ESMs and stakeholders.
  • Draft standard contracts and partner with SMEs on exceptions, ensuring smooth handover to Customer Success.
  • Manage governance and approval processes, coordinating inputs and sign-offs.
  • Collect post-deal feedback to identify and drive process and content improvements.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, operations, or deal coordination in a B2B or enterprise setting.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage cross-functional execution and keep deals moving.
  • High attention to detail across proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Clear, confident communicator—skilled at aligning stakeholders and presenting information.
  • Commercial awareness; comfortable handling pricing and structuring inputs.
  • Effective at managing timelines, priorities, and follow-ups independently.
  • Sound judgment—knows when to resolve or escalate.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Proficient with CRMs, shared drives, and workflow tools.
  • Experience in flexible workspace, real estate, or related sectors is a plus.
  • Enablement mindset—focused on consistency, process, and client experience
