Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:

To perform quality checks and audit on team’s processes including recharges to customers. Monitor and support Centre closure activities. To provide timely and concise reports to be shared to stockholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality and policy checks, making sure steps are being followed and agreed KPIs are achieved
  • Responsible for audit on customer billing/recharges
  • Monitor and support Centre Closure tasks
    • Monitor closure reports
  • Review of historical spend data to identify suppliers used in centres reported for closure
  • Check contract repository for contracts for closed centres 
  • Engage with Ops Directors / VP's to confirm when ok to discuss closure with local teams
  • Perform other post-closing activities 
  • Consolidate data to provide concise reports on a timely manner to be presented to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with various levels within the organization.
  • Escalation of critical issues manager to help reach a quick resolution.
  • Provide administrative support within the team

 

Attributes, Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Commerce Major in Finance/Accounting/Management.
  • At least 4 years of work experience
  • Experience in Shared Services/BPO is a plus
  • Knowledge of accounts receivables, billing, and collections processes is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking and ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work with direction but little supervision
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding environment
  • Ability to adapt to change, demonstrating flexibility and ownership of the change
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels and teams in the organization.
