Role Summary
The Quality Control Manager is accountable for the overall quality, accuracy, and integrity of Partner and Landlord financial reports. The role leads and performs critical quality reviews, ensures the accuracy of P&L data, and works cross-functionally within the Global Service Centre to resolve process gaps and recurring quality issues. The Quality Control Manager drives root cause analysis, strengthens controls, and promotes continuous improvement across reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Oversight & Report Review
· Lead and perform quality control reviews of Partner and Landlord reports
· Ensure report details align with system records, contractual terms, and reporting frequency.
· Validate application of indexation, fee escalations, revenue and profit share terms.
Financial Accuracy & P&L Integrity
· Ensure accuracy and consistency of formulas and calculations across reports.
· Validate correct mapping and presentation of P&L line items.
· Confirm alignment of partner report P&L data with accounting systems and ERP outputs.
· Oversee tracking, communication, and timely resolution of manual adjustments.
Stakeholder Leadership & Issue Resolution
· Act as the primary point of escalation for report quality and data integrity issues.
· Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Systems teams to resolve discrepancies.
· Provide clear guidance and feedback to prevent recurrence of errors.
Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement
· Lead root cause analysis for recurring report defects and quality failures.
· Identify systemic process gaps and control weaknesses.
· Drive corrective actions, process enhancements, and standardization initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
· Strong financial reporting and P&L analysis expertise
· Proven experience in quality control, audit, or financial governance
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
· Experience working in a Global Service Centre or shared services environment preferred
· Advanced Excel and financial reporting systems proficiency
