Job Purpose

The role is responsible for supervising operational activities for timely and accurate posting of bank statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all activities of the cash posting team
• Leading the team to ensure timely execution and accurate posting of bank statements for both automated and manual posting processes
• Arrange set-up for any new bank accounts in D365 including provision of mapping of cash accounts and their respective entities and/or center
• Monitoring team performance and providing coaching assistance where necessary
• Regular review process documentation and proposal of process improvements where necessary
• Respond to queries received from the centres and other internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with other teams, providing support to auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities and ongoing projects
• Escalate critical issues through a standardized process, with continued support to help reach a quick resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related qualification
• At least 3 years of similar experience. 
• Supervisory experience within a shared services environment
• Ability to lead, adapt to change, demonstrating flexibility and ownership of the change
• Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines
• Excellent team player, with keen eye for details
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly proficient in using various accounting applications
• Customer service approach, focused on serving all key stakeholders.
