Job Description:

To support the ongoing growth of the business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly created team, supporting Regus’ Global Management Centre in Nyon, Switzerland. This role will provide technical and practical support from the Group’s outsourced finance hub in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

Purpose / Direction / Mission of this role:

Support the Group Finance function to build a financial accounting and reporting team to deliver internal and external financial reports in a timely and efficient way within a strong environment of financial control.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Financial Reporting Director to:

• Deliver monthly consolidation accounting close and reporting across the IWG group of companies.
• Review and analyse Global Shared Service Centre (GSC) teams’ monthly consolidation submissions to Group Head Office (GHO) Finance team.
• Collaborate with GSC teams to drive efficiencies and quality outputs for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist GHO Finance team in delivery of all external reporting including quarterly reporting requirements
• Work with the accounting teams in the GSC and in-country to deliver a world class control environment; an efficient reporting process; and timely, accurate, “no surprises” financial reporting.
• Prepare and document accounting policies and procedure for the GHO Finance function.
• Provide review of key balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving any issues identified.
• Work closely with, and provide support to, the GHO Finance team based in Switzerland.

Experience Required:

• 5-10 years in finance role
• Must have a CPA license
• Finance experience in a large, multi-national organisation
• Group consolidation experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle FCC and/or MS Dynamics preferred
• Working knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
