About you

You will need to have a background in both delivering outstanding sales results and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a large, geographically dispersed sales team. This job involves optimising; lead generation, driving awareness across the real-estate market, our sales tools & processes and how we usedata and analytics to drive performance.

You will have previous experience of having worked in a high-growth sector and have a track record of hiring, motivating and leading a team. You will support sales teams with tools, resources, strategies and actionable insights to enhance efficiency and streamline our processes.

This is a high intensity job, so you need maximise the use of your time to focus on the activities that add value. You will have the ability to be both hands-on and think strategically, using your outstanding communications skills to inspire your team.

Most importantly though, you will have the right, can-do mindset: passion, curiosity, pride, drive and ownership. We will look after the rest.

What you will be doing

Reporting to the Global Growth MD, you will be an integral part of the Sales Leadership team, helping to execute our growth agenda. You will leverage your sales leadership experience and commercial acumen to achieve outstanding results as we add over 2,000 new locations to our network in the next 12 months.

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Optimise our sales process and partner deal journey to enhance speed and conversion.
  • Curate and improve all sales tools and collateral used by the Sales teams across the World.
  • Manage our Marketing and lead generation activity to drive our upper funnel that generates “warm” leads for salespeople.
  • Share best practice amongst the global sales team and ensure it improves consistency in the sales process and conversion of prospects to deals.
  • Plan and deliver a global broker engagement strategy that maximises this sales channel.
  • Improve new team member hiring, onboarding and ensure we reduce churn and improve both activity and sales performance.
  • Ensure performance is aligned with reward to drive outstanding sales results.
  • Setup and manage call centres that oversee enquiries from prospects, so they are filtered and assigned quickly and accurately.
