Head of Finance - Partnerships & Revenue

 

Job Purpose

The Head of Finance – Partnerships & Revenue will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across the Group. This role will partner with senior business leaders to be accountable for the group- and country- level revenue forecast, improve revenue, bad debt and fee performance, support strategic decision-making, and personally manage any high level partnership escalation issues. The role requires a commercially astute finance leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the growth and partnerships commercial teams to help drive new centre roll-outs, increase fee income and improve partner reporting processes
  • Partner with the pricing analytics team to drive performance in owned and managed centres, as well as consolidate forecasts from other products and services.
  • Partner with regional teams to help improve revenue performance
  • Drive margin analysis across portfolio of products and services
  • Lead commercial forecasting, budgeting, and mid-range planning processes for group-, country- and centre-level revenues
  • Provide financial leadership for new product launches, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver deep commercial analysis, highlighting opportunities and risks to revenue and margin performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global commercial finance team to support growth objectives.
  • Act as a key member of the FP&A Leadership Team, supporting Group-level decision making.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant or Accounting Degree (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in commercial finance or FP&A roles within a global, fast-paced organisation.
  • Proven track record of influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business partnering, analytical, and strategic skills.
  • Excellent excel skills, ability to create forecast models.
  • Knowledge of EPM solutions would be desirable eg. Oracle Planning or similar
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
