As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in working in an HR Operations and Shared Services team, working on specific projects that directly impact our business and the experience of our employees. You will collaborate with professionals, develop your skills, and gain insight into current trends in the future of HR Operations.

 

Duties and responsibilities

· Learn and support administrative tasks typically handled in HR Shared Services and Local HR functions.

· Generate reports and / or conduct data reviews and clean-ups

· Validate HR data and resources

· Create content using design tools for team announcements

· Support onsite HR-led activities

· Process statutory requirements

· Participate in general employee onboarding practices

 

What we are looking for:

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar fields of study.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

· Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

· Genuine passion and interest in working in HR and HR Shared Services in the future.
