Job Purpose

Lead the coordination and deployment of new property brands to support IWG’s rapid global expansion. This role is pivotal in delivering transformation programmes that bring new brands to market efficiently and effectively. It combines strategic programme management with operational execution to ensure every property brand launch supports scale, customer experience, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Accelerate go-to-market execution for new property brands.
  • Coordinate concept design, product development and rollout across global teams.
  • Support sales enablement through product positioning and collateral.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product, design, and property teams.
  • Manage external partners to deliver product initiatives.
  • Coordinate and streamline processes to support scale and speed.

 

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Background in consulting or property, with product delivery experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, program management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and delivery focus.
