Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Admin Intern to support our Sales and Business Operations teams with reporting, data analysis, and internal communications. This role is ideal for a student who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to gain hands-on experience in business systems and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Export and organize data from systems such as Power BI, QlikView, Dynamics, and other internal platforms
• Assist in custom report creation, data formatting, and analysis to support sales performance tracking
• Communicate findings and updates to internal stakeholders via email and Microsoft Teams
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of reports and insights
• Perform general administrative support tasks related to sales operations
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience or coursework in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and interpret data accurately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
