Job Description  

  • Validates if customer is in scope for the revenue leakage catch-up billing.
  • Add the missing service to the customer account
  • Updates monitoring file with the booking and service information, then and validates completion details.
  • Monitors mailbox and remove billing or/and apply credits.
  • Any other revenue related activitie

 

 Job Requirements 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, graduate of Finance or Accounting
  • Previous experience in an invoice processing role
  • Intermediate level of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and judgment
  • Required Language: English
  • A high level of customer service skills
