Sales Director – Meeting Rooms

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Sales Director to build and deliver the commercial plan for Meeting Rooms. This is a high potential product, you will drive revenue to over $500M. You to will drive performance across all countries and brands, all sales channels, optimise pricing and innovate across all touchpoints with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Own and define the global sales strategy for meeting rooms.
  • Lead regular performance reviews of the product to drive revenue growth.

Sales Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze and optimize all customer journeys across all channels including call centre, marketing, digital and our centres.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all customer groups and the optimal channels to attract and convert them.
  • Leverage A/B testing, personalization, analytics, and funnel analysis to improve sales conversion.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with all relevant functions to optimise performance, including;
    • Marketing to ensure traffic quality and volume align with sales goals.
    • Product and pricing to innovate and optimise.
    • Align with finance and strategy teams on forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven track record as a sales leader for meeting rooms or similar.
  • Strong experience delivering significant sales growth.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM.
