The Role 

IWG is hiring a Pricing Associate Temp to join the Sales Support team to support the field sales force in ensuring that all requests for price exceptions and sales support concerns are completed within the defined process and SLAs in conjunction with key stakeholders. Reporting to the Commercial Manager: Sales Support, he/she will deliver high quality service to keep IWG’s commercial performance outstanding.  

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Member of the Sales Support team, responsible for monitoring mailboxes and completing price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within the defined processes and SLAs.
  • Escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Use CRM system to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from the centre teams to gain understanding of the local market conditions for consideration.
  • Understand team key processes & systems, as well as the IWG business expectations.
  • Able to support a 24/6 operation and be flexible to change shift as needed.

 

Key Criteria 

Required Criteria – General

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / finance or related qualifications
  • Open for Fresh Graduates with good communication skills 
  • Must be amenable to Fixed term Employment - 3 Months 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible, multitask and show initiative
  • Be a strong and independent team player
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills
  • Full time physical attendance is an essential function of the job.

Required Criteria – Technical

  • Familiar with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate MS Excel
  • Familiar with Contract software and/or CRM systems

Working Condition

  • 1st Week Onsite
  • Remote work after 1st week 
  • Must be amenable to Day and Night Shift 
  • Fixed Term Employment - 3 Months 
  • Equipment Provided on Day 1
