Transaction Coordinator

This role can be remote and based anywhere across the UK, with access to our local offices

As a Transaction Coordinator you will be responsible for the tactical delivery and support of elements of the end-to-end Transaction Management services across contracted and non-contracted accounts.

Additionally, you will utilise the Transaction Management toolkit to deliver end to end transaction support to BD/contracted client Transaction Managers and Portfolio Managers, along with providing support with completing admin processes once contracts are executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support on all transaction activity aligned to the Instant end to end process, including but not limited to:
  • Create timely and thorough Market/ Building Reports based on client requirement
  • Collaborate with regional market owners to collate suitable proposals for clients globally.
  • Manage operator communications to ensure all information is received and understood aligned to client specifications
  • Utilise all TM deliverable toolkits to provide value and organisation to client requirements.
  • Conduct tour arrangements including route planning, tour schedule, calendar invites and briefing operators in advance as needed.
  • Complete closing out admin on all agreements once executed.
  • Support client teams to track performance against key KPIs.

 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience, ideally supporting a sales, account management, or transaction management teams
  • Previous change management or relationship management experience beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to create positive working relationships at all levels with internal and external parties
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • A positive, 'can-do' mentality
  • Engaging personality, with confidence in abilities but a willingness to learn & improve
