Transaction Manager

This role can be remote and based anywhere across the UK, with access to our local offices

 

The Instant Group are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our team in the UK to act as the key point of contact for all transactions.

The Transaction Manager will be responsible for proactive delivery of end-to-end Transaction Management services. You will support with gaining a full understanding of the client’s business, their standards, requirements and expectations to ensure that flex serviced solutions are delivered to meet these needs, timescales and client budgets. You will also work closely with the Transaction support team to improve consistency and speed to market.

You will also support the Portfolio Manager / Account Director to build trusted relationships with client Real Estate teams to support the evolution from TM partnership to full Portfolio Management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all transaction activity aligned to the Instant end to end process, including but not limited to:
  • End-to-end transaction management aligned to specific client processes.
  • Lead client briefing calls, make informed recommendations throughout, understanding the client needs and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with the support team and partnerships team to create and present timely and thorough Market/ Building Reports based on client requirement and within defined SLAs.
  • Lead & participate in client project meetings, document notes, action items and clearly communicate any progress and issues to the client.
  • Utilise all TM deliverable toolkits to provide value and organisation to client requirements.
  • Complete closing out admin on all agreements once executed.
  • Ability to make recommendations based on market conditions and Flex solution knowledge.
  • Performance tracking.
  • Critical date management.
  • Contract management.
  • Dispute resolution.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience, ideally in Account Management, managing multiple accounts or transactions
  • International Account Management experience or managing global accounts would be beneficial
  • End to end transaction management, real estate experience or related qualifications preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Client relationship management skills, with the ability to challenge, influence and provide advice to clients
  • Ability to create positive working relationships at all levels with internal and external parties
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • A positive, 'can-do' mentality
  • Engaging personality, with confidence in abilities but a willingness to learn & improve
