Associate Partnership Sales Manager

Job Purpose

Growing our network is one of our Strategic priorities so Partner Sales is our biggest investment. Our Partner Sales Managers play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local, and regional level across all countries. The Associate Partnership Sales Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the PSM through the early stages of building the pipeline.

The Programme

Launched in 2022, the aim of the Partner Sales Programme is to accelerate our growth. With over 1,500 partner deals signed, in over 50 countries, we have surpassed expectations. The exciting thing is we have the opportunity to go even faster by continuing to hire motivated, ambitious and results-focused sales people. Successful Associate Partnership Sales Managers will have the opportunity to learn, develop and grow into managing their own territory as a Partnership Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify stakeholders to pitch our sales proposition to.
  • Make initial contact with prospects such as brokers, financial advisors, fund managers etc.
  • Screen leads to identify those to be prioritised.  
  • Move leads through the sales cycle.
  • Arranging initial meetings with prospective clients.
  • Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Generating awareness and visibility of the IWG partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections.
  • Identifying contacting and pitching prospective partners through a range of BD activities including networking, cold calling, social media and events.
  • Spending a significant amount of time in the field, generating leads and meeting customers

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic business
  • Self-starter used to self-generating interest and focusing relentlessly on delivering results.
  • Proven ability to find potential deals quickly with tenacity and dedication.
  • Outstanding communications skills and the ability to present a compelling narrative to a wide variety of audiences, both large & small.
  • Able to work under pressure and to think independently to create interest in a proposition.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to give others confidence & to give credibility to the selling process.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory and fluency in Albanian would be ideal.
