Bilingual Learning & Development Associate 

Job Purpose 

We are seeking a bilingual, passionate, and people-oriented Learning & Development Associate to support training and development initiatives across North America (NAM), LATAM, and Brazil. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others succeed, creating engaging learning experiences, and actively contributing to a culture of growth, collaboration, and leadership development.

We welcome external applicants from across the Americas, fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese fluency preferred. 

Key Responsibilities 

Facilitation & Training 

  • Facilitate engaging virtual Community Inductions and Community Manager Sales Training sessions, ensuring all new hires are onboarded within 3 months.
  • Serve as a primary facilitator for NAM (Canada and USA), LATAM, and Brazil, focusing on delivering effective and interactive learning experiences.
  • Partner with the Senior L&D Manager and L&D Manager to support and expand training initiatives across the Americas region.
  • Prioritize creating a welcoming and confidence-boosting environment for new team members. 

Onboarding & Development 

  • Drive an exceptional onboarding experience for employees across all supported regions, focusing on engagement and retention.
  • Coach and mentor regional Training Champions, empowering them to deliver impactful, in-center training.
  • Collaborate on development initiatives that foster team growth and individual development through IWG Academy. 

Content Management & Learning Innovation 

  • Partner with other departments to ensure training content reflects the most up-to-date information and processes for NAM, LATAM, and Brazil.
  • Ensure training materials and sessions are people-focused, emphasizing practical learning and inspiration.
  • Use employee surveys and feedback to innovate and improve the overall training experience. 

Culture & Leadership Building 

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, instilling IWG’s values and fostering a growth-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to building a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and nurturing talent through training and coaching programs. 

Stakeholder Management & Campaigns 

  • Partner with stakeholders in NAM, LATAM, and Brazil to understand their team’s unique learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support monthly training campaigns aimed at enhancing team engagement and boosting performance. 

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications 

Language Skills 

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
  • Portuguese fluency is preferred but not required. 

Experience 

  • Experience in delivering virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Background in facilitation, training, or learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or people-focused roles is advantageous. 

Note: We are not seeking an instructional designer for this role. The ideal candidate excels in facilitation and is passionate about engaging with people in a virtual learning environment. 

Technical Skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet). 

Interpersonal Skills 

  • A natural people person who thrives on helping others succeed.
  • Confident and engaging in delivering virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Positive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a passion for teamwork and innovation.
  • Focused on creating engaging, people-centered learning experiences that inspire and develop others.
