Building Manager

This position sits at the heart of our growing global organisation and is a critical role where you’ll be accountable for the performance of our new Spaces Bernabeu centre. You’ll have a wide range of responsibilities including managing various aspects of the location, as well as driving revenue and profitability, executing all of this as though it’s your own business.

• Drive the positive financial performance of the site and manage the P&L
• Be the key decision maker on the use of space and selection of operators across retail outlets, restaurants, event space and meeting rooms
• Oversee all aspects of the location including all vendors relating to facilities, utilities, security, cleaning, etc.

About you             

You’ll have experience of managing a commercial building and be able to plan and prioritise but also possess an analytical mindset to address complex problems. Key traits should include leading through others, excellent communication skills and the ability to perform within a fast-paced, engaging and positive culture.
