Role Overview 

IWG is seeking a creative and engaging Catalogues Manager to support the IWG Customer Content team in creating powerful and compelling content that supports IWGs strategic vision and. This role will manage the creation and execution of all pivotal catalogues. They will be instrumental in developing and managing a diverse suite of materials (digital and physical) tailored to various customer types and different stages of the customer sales journey. The Catalogues Manager will ensure our core communication materials are both visually appealing but also commercially effective, and combine engaging storytelling with best-in-class design and publishing (and latest tech enablers).  

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of audience-engagement, a keen eye for detail and possess a strong understanding for what engages audiences emotionally and mentally. The Catalogue Manager, reporting to the Head of Customer Content, will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, and agencies to create world-class customer engagement materials that drive inquiries and convert leads into sales. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Audience focused:  
  • Working closely with the sales team and other key stakeholders in the business to understand their needs (inc. tools & materials), understand the diverse needs of various customer segments and audiences to create tailored presentations that resonate.  
  • Develop and execute a compelling presentations that align with IWG's overall marketing and business objectives.  
  • Work with agencies to deliver best in class output in a timely way.  
  • Engaging Content Development:  
  • Manage the creation of high-quality, compelling content that meets each brief.  
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Content to ensure that the materials reflect IWG's identity and creative vision.  
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in presenting tools and methodologies  

Qualifications  

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, publishing, or a related field, with a focus on customer-facing materials. 
  • Proven experience in managing creative projects, particularly in the sales enablement or marketing areas  
  • Experience of working in a sales driven organisation   
  • Excellent project management skills to take from brief to execution.  
  • Strong communications skills and an ability to both understand and connect with an audience  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and content.  
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer collateral. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as content management systems.
