The opportunity: a dynamic leader of a city

A City Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of multiple centres within a specific geographic area, often spanning across different cities.

They are responsible for ensuring that all locations are meeting growth performance goals, operating smoothly and are in compliance with company standards.

The City Manager performs a wide variety of responsibilities aligned with achieving the growth targets of the city, i.e., revenue, customer base, talent, and profitability.

 

Success: how we measure it

  • Driving the profit performance of your city, which includes:
    • Growing Occupancy
    • Retaining Customers
    • Supporting New Sales
    • Growing Service Revenue
    • Opening New Centres in Alignment with Targets
  • Driving material growth of the customer base and the network user base in your city
  • Growing and developing talent within your city
  • Deliver operational excellence across your city

 

Responsibilities: what we expect

  • Develop, implement, inspect, and drive accountability to a best-in-class city plan, ensuring every centre is operating in alignment with the growth, service, and operational expectations of the city.
  • Lead, develop, recruit, and cultivate the talent within the city, ensuring proactive planning of resources and quality of the workforce.
  • Drive maximum revenue attainment and retention through ensuring your community teams are providing best-in-class tours and asking for the business, best-in-class service in order to retain and expand current customers and tight compliance to billing and collections to ensure earned revenue is collected, with a goal of maximum bonus achievement for the city team.
  • Conduct regular centre visits to ensure compliance, execution to plan, centre standards, and provide coaching, development, and training.
  • Drive collaboration with the sales force within the city for maximum success for the entire city team.
  • Drive compliance to company policies and procedures, while de-escalating and resolving customer escalations.
  • Analyze the city financials through the dashboard, ensuring opportunities are spotted early and addressed timely, ensure tight cost controls
  • Collaborate with functional departments to implement company initiatives
