Die Rolle des City Managers (m/w/d) ist eine anspruchsvolle und zugleich vielseitige Position, welche für die Verantwortung des gesamten Betriebs mehrerer Business Center innerhalb eines bestimmten geografischen Gebiets zuständig ist. City Manager sind dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Standorte die gesetzten Wachstumsziele (z. Bsp. Marge, Rentabilität) erreichen, die operativen Vorgänge reibungslos funktionieren und die Unternehmensstandards eingehalten werden.
