Collections Specialist: Greek-Speaking
(REMOTE)

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Go-To Person: You’ll manage collections for key corporate clients, ensuring payments are made on time and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Handle disputes with care, making sure concerns are addressed accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep Things Moving: Ensure that all payments are allocated quickly, and take care of essential admin tasks that keep the team running smoothly.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service to create positive experiences for all our clients.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in Collections: You’ve worked in collections before and understand the importance of timely payments.
  • Native Speaker: Fluent in the local language and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Your own laptop & high-speed internet is essential for this role.
  • Persuasion Pro: You have strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to guide customers to the best solutions.
  • Customer Service Champion: Excellent communication, quick thinking, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
