      About the role

      We’re looking for a Content Editor to support the day-to-day management of our global digital content. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping our websites, location data, and business listings accurate, consistent, and up to date across a large portfolio of brands.

      You’ll work primarily in Contentful, supporting over 30 brand websites, managing location information, images, PDFs, and Google Business Profiles. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with systems, and enjoys maintaining high-quality content at scale.

      This is not a copywriting or strategy role — it’s about content accuracy, consistency, and execution.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Content & CMS Management

      • Create, update, and maintain content in Contentful across multiple brand websites.
      • Edit and QA existing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
      • Support structured content models and follow established content workflows.

      Location & Business Data

      • Maintain and update location information across websites and platforms.
      • Manage Google Business Profiles via Uberall, ensuring details such as addresses, opening hours, and services are accurate and current.
      • Carry out regular checks to ensure consistency between CMS, listings, and supporting systems.

      Images, Assets & Documents

      • Upload, manage, and maintain images using Cloudinary (DAM), including basic image editing when required.
      • Manage PDFs and supporting documents stored in Azure, ensuring correct versions are published and retired when needed.
      • Follow naming conventions, tagging, and asset usage guidelines.

      Translations & Localisation

      • Request translations via the agreed translation management system.
      • Track and manage the translation process from request to publication.
      • Ensure translated content follows glossaries, tone of voice, and brand standards.

      Quality & Collaboration

      • Carry out content checks before and after publication.
      • Work closely with content managers, developers, SEO, marketing, and external partners.
      • Contribute to content-related projects and ongoing improvements to tools and processes.
      • Use JIRA to receive, manage, and update content-related tickets, ensuring tasks are tracked, prioritised, and delivered on time.

      Required Skills & Experience

      • Experience editing and maintaining online content in a CMS environment.
      • Strong written and verbal English skills.
      • High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
      • Comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume content tasks without losing accuracy.
      • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
      • Confident working as part of a distributed team.
      • Proactive and willing to flag issues, inconsistencies, or improvements.

      Desirable (but not essential)

      • Experience using Contentful or another enterprise CMS.
      • Experience managing Google Business Profiles or local business listings.
      • Familiarity with translation workflows or TMS tools (e.g. Smartling).
      • Experience working with DAM systems such as Cloudinary.
      • Basic image editing skills.
      • Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-market websites.
      • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
      • Proficiency in additional languages.
