Growing our network is one of our Strategic priorities so Partner Sales is our biggest investment. Our Partner Sales Managers play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local, and regional level across all countries. They are proactive and passionate, capable of creating their own sales leads as well as rapidly converting centrally-driven enquiries.

Rapidly expanding our network of flexible workspaces is one of our strategic priorities, so network development is a team that we need to strengthen and expand. Our Network Development Managers are responsible for building close partnerships with government and office owners in designated areas. They must be proactive and enthusiastic, able to not only develop their own channels and find partners for office space operations, but also to quickly turn online and offline inquiries into real business.

Launched in 2022, the aim of the Partner Sales Programme was to accelerate our growth. With over 1,500 partner deals signed, in over 50 countries, we have surpassed expectations. The exciting thing is we have the opportunity to further accelerate our growth by continuing to hire motivated and ambitious sales people who are highly results focussed. Successful Partner Sales Managers have earnt excellent commission and enjoyed some fantastic prizes through our incentive schemes. We have had a number of promotions and internal moves, and as we continue to invest in this programme the opportunities for career growth and personal development will continue to increase.

Since its launch in 2022, the network expansion efforts have been designed to accelerate our business growth. Over the past two years, we have signed more than 1,500 partnership agreements in more than 50 countries, and our performance has far exceeded expectations. Even more exciting, we have the opportunity to further drive growth by continuing to recruit proactive, results-oriented development talent." Key Responsibilities主要职责

  • Delivering new partner locations every year, increasing system revenue by £5m+ per annum. Every year, through the asset-light model of brand output and operation trusteeship, new flexible office outlets are added, ensuring that the group's annual revenue growth exceeds 55 million.
  • Our target audience are building owners, franchise operators and competitors. We work with our partners under a variety of commercial structures which demands a dynamic and broad-based approach to business development. Our target customers include building owners, concessionaires and competitors. We work with our partners in a variety of business models and adopt flexible business development strategies.
  • Good at establishing government relations and seeking partners of state-owned assets through investment attraction activities. He is good at building government relations and seeking partners in state-owned assets through investment promotion activities.
  • Generating awareness and visibility of the IWG partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections
  • Increase the visibility and visibility of IWG's partnership solutions in the market by establishing B2B connections.
  • Identifying contacting and pitching prospective partners through a range of BD activities including networking, local canvassing and cold-calling.
  • Identify, connect and promote potential partners by participating in business development activities such as networking events, local research and telemarketing.
  • Sourcing partners capable of delivering rapid growth of our network through conversion of existing buildings or by quickly securing new buildings.
  • Find a partner who can accelerate the expansion of our network by retrofitting existing buildings or acquiring new ones quickly.
  • Selling the range of partnership solutions to all prospects, converting interest into commercial negotiations and securing board approval for new partnership deals.
  • Promote our partner solutions to all prospects, turn interest into commercial negotiations, and ensure new partner agreements are approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts with the support of the IWG legal team.
  • With the support of IWG's legal team, we translate commercial negotiations into formal contracts.
  • Spending a significant amount of time in the field, generating leads, meeting customers and closing deals.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications所需技能、经验和资格

  • Self-sufficient, deal-focused and can-do mindset, willing to take risks to succeed.

  • Outstanding communications skills and the ability to present a compelling narrative to a wide variety of audiences, both large & small
