Growing our network is one of our Strategic priorities so Partner Sales is our biggest investment. Our Partner Sales Managers play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local, and regional level across all countries. They are proactive and passionate, capable of creating their own sales leads as well as rapidly converting centrally-driven enquiries.
Rapidly expanding our network of flexible workspaces is one of our strategic priorities, so network development is a team that we need to strengthen and expand. Our Network Development Managers are responsible for building close partnerships with government and office owners in designated areas. They must be proactive and enthusiastic, able to not only develop their own channels and find partners for office space operations, but also to quickly turn online and offline inquiries into real business.

Launched in 2022, the aim of the Partner Sales Programme was to accelerate our growth. With over 1,500 partner deals signed, in over 50 countries, we have surpassed expectations. The exciting thing is we have the opportunity to further accelerate our growth by continuing to hire motivated and ambitious sales people who are highly results focussed. Successful Partner Sales Managers have earnt excellent commission and enjoyed some fantastic prizes through our incentive schemes. We have had a number of promotions and internal moves, and as we continue to invest in this programme the opportunities for career growth and personal development will continue to increase.
Since its launch in 2022, the network expansion efforts have been designed to accelerate our business growth. Over the past two years, we have signed more than 1,500 partnership agreements in more than 50 countries, and our performance has far exceeded expectations. Even more exciting, we have the opportunity to further drive growth by continuing to recruit proactive, results-oriented development talent."
