Director of Product & Sales Integration

The Director of Product & Sales Integration is accountable for delivering measurable revenue growth by aligning product, sales, and marketing. You will be the single point of contact for the product team and be the bridge for our sales enablement departments. This will ensure every product from offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, memberships and enterprise solutions are positioned, priced, and sold in a way that maximises conversion and customer value.

Reporting to the EVP of Commercial Enablement, you will lead the integration of the product and sales strategy into a sales delivery plan by defining how our products are packaged, presented, and monetised across all markets.

You will equip sales teams with the right propositions and enablement tools to accelerate deals and increase average revenue per customer. Your success will be measured by the commercial outcomes: conversion uplift, deal value growth, reduced sales cycle, and consistency of product execution across digital and physical channels.

This is a hands-on, results driven leadership role that turns strategy into action and ensures that our sales operations department have clear programme plans for their go-to-market rollouts.
