Email & CRM Marketing Lead

Role Overview

IWG is looking for a strategic and hands-on Email & CRM Marketing Lead to own and scale our global email marketing strategy across multiple brands and regions. This is a high-impact role for an experienced marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a passion for delivering results through effective lifecycle and segmentation strategies. Management of 1 or 2 programme executes.

IWG operates at a global scale and is firmly established in key markets. Our goal is to enhance our centralized email strategy while expanding and localizing campaigns across 120+ territories. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our email marketing efforts are optimized to drive high reach, strong open and click-through rates, increased enquiries, website traffic, and measurable ROI—both globally and locally—within a structured and scalable framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Global & Local Email Strategy

  • Plan and execute email and CRM strategies across the full customer journey, audience segments, and global markets
  • Manage complex, multi-brand campaigns with a focus on scalability, personalization, and localization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver engaging, personalized email campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing, performance analytics, and data-driven improvements

Drive Growth & ROI

  • Own and evolve the email marketing program to maximize ROI and contribute to business growth
  • Monitor and analyze performance across live markets, ensuring campaigns are on track to meet monthly and long-term targets
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and revenue impact
  • Partner with commercial, data, and product teams to ensure email marketing is aligned with broader business objectives

Develop Local Engagement Channels

  • Build and manage a high-performing platform for newsletters, community storytelling, and local content sharing
  • Support local teams in executing effective regional email strategies within a centralized framework
  • Demonstrate and communicate the strategic value of email marketing across the organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM, ideally in a B2B or multi-brand environment including team management
  • Proven success managing large-scale email programs and customer journeys
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, segmentation, and compliance (e.g. GDPR)
  • Comfortable working with data tools, ESPs, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a global, fast-moving, and matrixed organization
