Location: Onsite in Dusseldorf 

Job Purpose

You will provide administrative support to a finance team focused on financial management, taxes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparing local DD mandates (> 500)

· Adding new profiles into the new Central Tax Office Service Portal, for WHT declarations

· Other admin work including tax office switches and updating company details

 

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

· Experience in an administrative role.

· You have a structured way of working and a high sense of responsibility

· You work independently, reliable and carefully

· Personally, you convince with commitment (get-things-done mentality), team strength, organizational talent, very good analytical skills, a quick grasp and strong communication skills

· You have good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

· You are business fluent in German and have a solid level of English
