About you
We are looking for a driven recruitment professional with a demonstrable track record of high-volume or large-scale hiring within a fast-paced environment. Experience of managing full life cycle recruitment campaigns across multiple functions and countries would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential. Likewise a detailed understanding of selection tools and direct sourcing methodologies is welcome, as is previous experience gained either in-house or in an RPO / agency environment.
Alongside a knowledge of recruitment best practice, what matters most is that you’ve got the right mindset: passion, drive, resilience and ownership.
And your sense of ownership means you’ll continuously ensure the quality of recruitment process and delivery is as good as they possibly can be.
