Position Summary
The SVP, Virtual Office will serve as a key executive leader responsible for driving the global strategy, innovation, and performance of IWG’s Virtual Office business. This individual will lead the development and execution of initiatives that expand digital services, optimize operational delivery, and accelerate revenue growth across global markets. As a visionary and hands-on leader, the SVP will shape the future of virtual workspace solutions and ensure IWG remains at the forefront of hybrid and remote work trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership
o Define and lead the global strategy for IWG’s Virtual Office business, aligning with the broader company vision and growth goals
o Identify new market opportunities, digital innovation pathways, and customer experience enhancements
o Ensure the plan aligns with the channels’ revenue KPIs
• Business Development & Growth
o Expand global Virtual Office revenue through new client acquisition, partner channels, and upselling to existing customers
o Oversee pricing, product packaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse regional markets
• Digital Product Innovation
o Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance the Virtual Office platform, integrating cutting-edge features that support remote and hybrid workforces
o Champion user-centric design, automation, and scalability across all digital touchpoints
• Operational Excellence
o Optimize the operational model to ensure efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and cost control
o Implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to drive accountability and performance
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and technology teams to ensure cohesive execution and support across the business
o Represent the Virtual Office business at the executive level and contribute to company-wide decision-making
• Leadership & Culture
o Lead and mentor a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
o Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Virtual Office organization
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital services, SaaS, flexible workspace, or B2B technology industries
• Proven track record of scaling a global digital product or service line with measurable revenue growth
• Deep understanding of remote work trends, virtual office solutions, and digital transformation
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and international expansion
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
