The Strategy & Proposition team, and especially this role, is at the heart of this exciting transformation.
You will report directly to the Senior Director, Strategy & Proposition and work closely with a Senior Data Scientist to support the Chief Strategy Officer and wider Strategy & Proposition team with actionable, commercial insights and recommendations to inform decision-making at the highest level of the business. Your insights and recommendations will derive from external market and industry data, as well as internally from data and analytics produced by the Senior Data Scientist leveraging IWG’s vast pools of transaction-level customer data. As Head of Strategic Insights, you will play a critical role in translating that data into insights that are understandable to – and actionable for – senior leaders.
This is an individual contributor role who will regularly collaborate with stakeholders around the business, including significant exposure to its most senior leaders, so we are looking for an experienced professional, passionate about delivering change who is keen to take a hands-on role with significant business impact.
This role sits within the Strategy & Proposition team, a central team that works across all business functions, tasked with identifying and realising key commercial and operational opportunities for the business.
