Role Summary
The HR Reporting Analyst plays a key role in providing data and analysis in support of HR function including data integrity monitoring, administration and development and maintenance of HR analytical tools and dashboard.
This position will support the overall HR strategy and initiatives while facilitating and supporting HR transactional processes.


Key Responsibilities
➢ Develop, modify, and update dashboards and other reports to support decisions on day-to-day operations
➢ Facilitate data extraction, collection and other strategies that will help optimize efficiency and data quality
➢ Perform analytics, data modeling and reporting
➢ Updating files on HRIS systems and keep existing files current
➢ Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports
➢ Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
➢ Monitor ongoing maintenance of HRIS applications including needs analysis and capacity planning
➢ Optimizing and implementing (new) data processes and systems
➢ Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities
➢ Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data


Job Requirements and Qualifications
➢ Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in BPO/Shared services set up handling HRIS management
➢ Solid understanding of data management and analytics
➢ Must have Power BI background and advance excel experience
➢ Can identify critical HR metrics and can conceptualize how it can be presented through PBI and Excel
➢ Proactive in process improvement and can conceptualize possible automation opportunities
➢ Preferably with Project Management and Governance experience
➢ Preferably with HR background or at least have handled a HR related project
➢ Can handle Clients and CEO and can voice out his/her opinion
➢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to pinpoint problems in data records based on analysis
➢ Can work independently and solve problems
➢ Highly adaptable and open to learn new concepts and system such as SNOW, SharePoint, WordPress, etc.
➢ Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
