As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in working in an HR Operations and Shared Services team, working on specific projects that directly impact our business and the experience of our employees. You will collaborate with professionals, develop your skills, and gain insight into current trends in the future of HR Operations.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist with training sessions and presentations
• Generate reports and conduct data reviews and clean-ups
• Validate HR data and resources
• Create content using design tools for company wide announcements
• Support onsite HR-led engagement activities
• Process SSS R1A forms and other statutory requirements
• Participate in general employee onboarding practices
• Provide weekly team updates and rollouts

Job Competencies

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar fields of study.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
