Job Purpose

IWG recognizes the need for a flexible workforce to remain attractive for her employees and ensures it continues to offers the best service to her clients when and where they need. In order to transisiton into a more flexible workforce IWG is implementing Connecteam. It is your responsibility to ensure Connecteam is set in a way the benefits both employee and IWG.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a system administrator for the Connecteam platform
  • Manage user access, permissions, and role assignments across all teams
  • Set up, configure, and maintain modules such as scheduling, forms, time tracking, and communication tools
  • Coordinate with Connecteam support for escalated issues or feature implementation
  • Assist in the rollout of new features or updates within the platform

 

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Comfortable with user and settings administration in a digital platform
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills for supporting users of various tech levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in workforce management, scheduling, or HR tech is a plus

 

Work Conditions

  • Hybrid arrangement: Once or twice a week onsite
  • Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 12 AM
  • Equipment: Laptop and other peripherals will be provided by the company
