Our network in China is growing at an unprecedented speed as more customers choose to take advantage of the flexibility offered by our workspace solutions. One of our key goals for 2025 is to increase occupancy is our centres and this job will play a key role in delivering this. We expect you to;

  • Ensure the team exceeds sales performance targets.
  • Coach and train the Inside Sales Account Managers to continually improve their sales skills.
  • Continuously ‘raise the bar’ on call quality and sales productivity.

About you

You should have;

  • Previous experience of leading a team in a call centre environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering improvements in sales performance by consistently achieving demanding targets.
  • Great interpersonal skill, with the proven ability to hire, motivate, coach and performance manage a team of up to 20 sales agents.
  • Be able to operate at pace and have great attention to detail.
  • Be a quick learner.
  • Strong language skills (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin. Cantonese language skills are a plus.

 

How will I know if I am doing a good job?

 

We use KPIs to help you measure your performance. You will be expected to make a positive impact on:

  • Sales volume and value.
  • Sales conversion rates.
  • Team efficiency.
