Job Purpose
We are seeking an engaging and effective Online Training Facilitator to support our Learning & Development efforts across MEAPAC region. In this role, you will be the face of our virtual training programmes, especially for new hire, ensuring they are energised, well-prepared, and set up for success from day one.

You will lead interactive virtual sessions, deliver high-impact onboarding experiences, and support ongoing learning initiatives that drive both individual and commercial performance. With a strong focus on learner engagement, you’ll create an inclusive and motivating virtual environment where every participant feels connected, confident, and empowered.

The ideal candidate brings natural energy to every interaction, communicates with clarity and warmth, and is passionate about helping others grow. You thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and take pride in facilitating learning experiences that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the new hire experience in your region.
• Facilitate Virtual trainings, ensuring we maintain our training KPI’s of training all new employees within 3 months.
• Maintain and update induction material.
• Coach and mentor regional training champions to support in centre training.
• Support the ongoing development of employees in your region.
• Become and L&D point of contact for MEAPAC.
• Manage monthly training campaigns.
• You can expect to spend 50% of your time delivering live online training.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Experiences of facilitating virtual classrooms / workshops.
• Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
• Advantageous to be bilingual.
• Ability to design and develop engaging virtual learning experiences for new hires. 
• Facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to facilitate virtual sessions and present information in an engaging way through virtual platforms     like Microsoft Teams.
• Project management. Ability to manage multiple learning projects and new hire onboarding initiative simultaneously.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Positive can-do attitude is essential, flexible to team and organisational needs.
• Organised, process driven and systematic.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, excel and word.
• Proven experience of successfully influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Team player with high level of professional integrity. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Prepared to work in an agile and flexible way.
