Overall Responsibilities
The Lease Administration Reports Analyst plays a key role in supporting the operational efficiency of the Lease Administration team by managing reporting deliverables, system access administration and management, project tracking, and process documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy, with a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Tracking
    • Monitor, track, and update progress of the Lease Admin project plan.
    • May prepare summary dashboards and trackers for the team.
  • System Access Administration
    • Handle user access setup, deactivation, and role changes in the lease admin system.
    • Conduct regular system access reviews
    • Ensure compliance with access control procedures and support audits.
  • Reporting
    • Create/Generate and distribute regular lease admin reports to stakeholders across departments.
    • Manage reporting calendar and ensure timely, accurate data delivery.
    • Recommend improvements in reporting processes, templates, or visualizations.
  • Documentation & SharePoint Management
    • Organize and maintain team SharePoint folders, ensuring structured file storage and version control.
    • Support development of process manuals, SOPs, training guides, and other internal documents.
  • Team Support
    • Act as a key resource for cross-functional coordination involving Lease Admin systems, data needs, and project timelines.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Lease Administration, Project Coordination, or System/User Access Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with user access management tools and internal control protocols.
  • Experience with real estate systems or lease admin platforms (ManagePath strongly preferred).
  • Skilled in documentation and SharePoint management.
  • Proven project tracking and reporting experience.
