Marketing Intern

 

Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Marketing Intern to join our global marketing project team for 3 months. In this role, you will support the Photography Manager with multiple projects including reviewing imagery from our global network of centres and ensure that all visual content meets brand standards and project requirements. Your responsibilities will include providing feedback to centre teams, assisting with image requests and amendments, and ensuring timely coordination of imagery across our global centres. You will work closely with our creative agency, IWG’s global brand and design teams, as well as the web and portal teams to support content needs across digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and creative, a strong eye for visual quality, and an interest in brand storytelling. You will gain valuable experience working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the creation of engaging and consistent imagery that reflects our global brand identity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Photography Process Manager in reviewing global centre photography to ensure compliance with brand and company guidelines.
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to centres, identifying any required amendments to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with ITG to communicate revisions and ensure accurate implementation of changes.
  • Assist in managing deadlines by tracking submissions, following up on outstanding edits, and escalating delays when necessary.
  • Help maintain consistency and brand alignment across all photography assets from global centres.
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvements to support the efficient review and delivery of centre photography.

 

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a university degree, ideally in the 2nd or 3rd year, in Marketing or a related field. Other relevant disciplines will also be considered.
  • Eager to gain hands-on experience in international marketing, with a keen interest in global industry trends and strategies.
  • Passionate about design, with an eye for visual aesthetics and creative branding.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with teams, and engage diverse audiences.
  • A confident decision maker.
  • Proven experience of successfully influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment. 
  • Prioritises well consistently delivers against tight deadlines.   
  • Team player with high level of professional integrity.   
  • Excellent analytical skills with a passionate attitude to problem solving. 
  • Strong attention to detail.  
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and prepared to work in an agile and flexible way.
