Reporting To:  Regional Operations Director
Duration: Now through end of 2025, with potential to extend into 2026

Job Description

We are seeking four detail-oriented interns to support the operational focus on renewals across North America. Each intern will be assigned to a specific region, working directly with Regional Operations Directors and Area VPs to manage renewal reporting, auditing, and SharePoint organization. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to agreement renewal workflows and retention management, by providing direct visibility for how regional leaders track and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining regional renewal data and reports
  • Support the validation and tracking of renewal records and critical dates
  • Audit renewal information in key systems and uploading audit results weekly
  • Highlight priority markets or areas for review
  • Partner with regional leadership (Area VPs, Area Mgrs., Regional Operations Dirs.) to provide updates and insights that support retention strategies
  • Contribute to improving operational processes and data accuracy
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
