Commercial Pricing Finance Manager (FTC)

*Maternity cover 12 month minimum contract*

 

Job Purpose

We’re looking for a Commercial Pricing Finance Manager - Instant Office Group  to provide pricing insight, financial modelling, and commercial challenge to support new business opportunities and real estate transactions within our Instant Offices division.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our commercial and real estate teams to evaluate complex deals, price outsourcing agreements, and drive data-led decision making. You’ll play a key part in shaping the financial strategy behind our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cashflow, NPV, IRR) to support new business and partnership deals.
  • Lead pricing and financial analysis for RFPs, tenders, and outsourcing agreements.
  • Partner with commercial managers to evaluate and challenge deal assumptions.
  • Review lease terms and ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards (IFRS16).
  • Provide decision support for real estate transactions and strategic growth projects.

 

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in commercial or transaction finance.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel capability; experience with Power BI or Power Pivot a plus.
  • Exposure to pricing, outsourcing, or real estate finance environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, deal-led business with ambitious growth plans.
  • Experience of Power BI or Power Pivot would be useful
  • Used to working in a multicurrency environment
  • Understands and can advise on the commercial implications of decisions/options
  • Knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS16) and its commercial implications an advantage
