The Opportunity

Worka is transforming how the world discovers and secures workspace solutions, powered by the global expertise of the IWG network.

With more than 40,000 verified workspace providers across 175 countries, Worka powers a global network of flexible workspaces—spanning coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and virtual offices.

At the heart of this network is Worka.com, the industry’s leading lead generation platform connecting professionals, teams, and enterprises with verified workspace providers worldwide. Through advanced search, structured data, and performance-driven design, Worka helps users discover, compare, and enquire about spaces that match their unique needs.

Worka also powers the technology and partner systems behind some of the world’s leading workspace marketplace brands, such as Instant Offices, Coworker and Easy Offices—enabling seamless lead distribution, operator connectivity, and performance reporting across a global ecosystem.

As Product Manager of Worka.com, you’ll own the roadmap, performance, and growth strategy for the platform. You’ll focus on driving measurable increases in traffic, engagement, and enquiry conversion, while building the digital infrastructure that supports scalable, data-driven growth across all Worka-powered marketplaces.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, and user experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the global flexible workspace industry connects supply with demand, delivering an experience that redefines how the world works.

Your Mission

Build a high-performing, SEO-led, lead generation platform that efficiently converts workspace discovery into qualified enquiries.

You’ll execute the product vision, optimize the user experience, and work cross-functionally to align Worka’s marketplace growth with the group’s digital transformation strategy.

What You’ll Own

  • Define and deliver the product roadmap for Worka.com, focused on growing traffic, engagement, and conversion to qualified enquiries.
  • Prioritize initiatives that directly impact key KPIs:
    • Traffic growth
    • Lead volume
    • Enquiry generation and conversion
    • Tour bookings and deal conversions
  • Provide monthly reporting on KPIs, while providing action items for improvement month over month
  • Align Worka’s roadmap with group’s broader marketplace and SEO strategy.
  • Partner with the Websites Director and digital leadership to ensure alignment on design, data, and platform performance across group sites.

Delivery & Execution

  • Lead agile delivery cycles including backlog management, sprint planning, and UAT to ship incremental, measurable improvements.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria tied to Worka’s performance metrics (traffic, enquiries, conversion, revenue).
  • Manage integrations with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools to enable robust lead attribution and tracking.
  • Collaborate with analytics and SEO teams to measure performance, identify growth levers, and iterate quickly.
  • Ensure high-quality releases by working closely with design, engineering, QA, and stakeholders across brands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • App Team: Partner with the App Product Team to drive app downloads and conversion for the on-demand booking app through Worka.com traffic and lead flows.

User Experience & Performance

  • Monitor and act on key metrics: traffic growth, bounce rates, enquiry-to-lead ratio, and conversion to tours/deals.
  • Implement structured A/B testing to validate hypotheses around UX, form design, and content structure.
  • Use GA4 and Amplitude to uncover friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive measurable improvements in engagement, enquiry rate, and conversion yield.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance personalization, automate content generation, and improve lead routing efficiency.
  • Introduce AI-powered solutions for enquiry qualification and SEO optimization where feasible.
  • Benchmark Worka.com’s performance against leading digital marketplaces and continuously raise the bar for UX, speed, and discoverability.
  • Build the foundation for future integration with booking functionality as the marketplace evolves.
