Worka is transforming how the world discovers and secures workspace solutions, powered by the global expertise of the IWG network.
With more than 40,000 verified workspace providers across 175 countries, Worka powers a global network of flexible workspaces—spanning coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and virtual offices.
At the heart of this network is Worka.com, the industry’s leading lead generation platform connecting professionals, teams, and enterprises with verified workspace providers worldwide. Through advanced search, structured data, and performance-driven design, Worka helps users discover, compare, and enquire about spaces that match their unique needs.
Worka also powers the technology and partner systems behind some of the world’s leading workspace marketplace brands, such as Instant Offices, Coworker and Easy Offices—enabling seamless lead distribution, operator connectivity, and performance reporting across a global ecosystem.
As Product Manager of Worka.com, you’ll own the roadmap, performance, and growth strategy for the platform. You’ll focus on driving measurable increases in traffic, engagement, and enquiry conversion, while building the digital infrastructure that supports scalable, data-driven growth across all Worka-powered marketplaces.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, and user experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the global flexible workspace industry connects supply with demand, delivering an experience that redefines how the world works.
Build a high-performing, SEO-led, lead generation platform that efficiently converts workspace discovery into qualified enquiries.
You’ll execute the product vision, optimize the user experience, and work cross-functionally to align Worka’s marketplace growth with the group’s digital transformation strategy.
This role offers significant career growth opportunities within the group’s expanding digital marketplace portfolio. Success in leading Worka.com’s performance and growth will position you to take ownership of additional platforms as the group continues to build a connected ecosystem for workspace discovery and digital commerce.
