Overall Responsibility 

The Product Performance Lead – Digital is a critical player in the Product Management team. The Product Management team is responsible for the in-depth analysis of the performance of products, services, channels, and processes, and then stimulating actions to improve performance – in operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. As such, Product Management is vital to driving increases in revenue from IWG’s range of products, services, channels, and processes. It is about driving the performance of existing products rather than developing new products (there is a separate team for that). 

 

The Product Performance Lead - Digital will report to the Product Performance Senior Manager – Digital and will be responsible for the gathering and analysis of digital product performance data and the communication of actions that result from this analysis to the functions and teams who need to take action to improve performance.  

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Understand digital product performance data in detail – sources, meaning, implications 
  • Complete analysis of KPIs by product, service, process, and channel according to pre-set KPIs 
  • Complete communication process on basis of performance analysis to address issues with centers and functions 
  • Build and improve algorithms to run data analysis on KPIs as defined – leveraging IWG’s sources of digital, billing and customer data 
  • Suggest new KPIs and new ways of looking at performance to identify new pockets of revenue improvement 
  • Work closely with different departments within the company to improve the analysis and presentation of products 

 

Job Requirements and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data, or any related field 
  • Minimum 5 years data analytics experience (data-insight-action generation) 
  • Strong knowledge of Excel is essential  
  • Advanced SQL and/or Python skills are highly valued 
  • Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed reports 
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change 
  • Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking abilities 
  • Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders who may have competing interests 

 

Working conditions

  • Must be amenable to work in a hybrid work setup. Office is located in BGC, Taguig City
  • Open to mid shift and shifting schedules
  • Company provided equipment
