Job Description
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to gain valuable experience in sales, lead generation, and client outreach? Join our team as a part-time intern and play a key role in building relationships with broker partners to drive business growth. This role offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of real estate and the opportunity to develop skills in communication, CRM systems, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Source and identify potential broker partners using tools like CoStar or other real estate prospecting platforms, cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
• Outreach: Initiate first contact with brokers, sharing information about our products, services, and referral programs to encourage tours, meetings, and referrals
• Lead Qualification: Engage with brokers to understand their needs, assess their interest, and determine their fit for referring business to IWG
• Handover: Coordinate smooth handoff meetings with Area Sales Managers for advanced discussions and negotiations
• Reporting: Track outreach progress and results using Dynamics CRM and/or MS Teams
• Event Support: Assist with invites, RSVPs, and follow-ups for broker events in select markets to cultivate future opportunities
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on outreach processes to enhance performance and broker referral success
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally via phone, email, and social media.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics CRM) and/or real estate platforms like CoStar is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) is preferred.
