Job Description
Join our Growth Sales Performance team as an intern and gain hands-on experience supporting key initiatives that drive business expansion and client engagement. This internship is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented student interested in business development, real estate, and sales strategy. You’ll work closely with our Growth team to support outreach programs, improve CRM reporting processes, and contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the client base and identifying new business opportunities
• Assist in developing and refining sales reporting processes using CRM systems
• Help create proposals, presentations, and business development materials
• Conduct market and data analysis to support sales strategies and outreach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and partnerships
• Support administrative tasks related to the Partnership Growth function
• Learn and apply key insights into business development and industry trends
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity or experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
