About the Role
We are looking for someone who can review and test our sales processes, collateral triggers and sales tools across multiple departments. The role will be focused on a narrow section of the process, so every stone can be turned over. This is an opportunity to learn the inner workings of a business through discovery, testing and documenting every steps.
Candidates are required to be in the London office 2 times a week.
What You’ll Do
· Analyse and review the upper funnel journey’s data across all sites
· Support sales enablement directors in building and refining sales processes documentation.
· Lower funnel analysis; nurture journey’s, upselling and cross-selling
· Build upon the creating of processes and documenting sales tools
· Identify the triggers; collateral, emails, and omni-channel communications
· Contribute to projects that improve conversion rates and customer experience
Who We’re Looking For
· Students or recent graduates from business, analytics, marketing, or related fields
· Strong analytical mindset and interest in understanding data-driven sales
· Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and take ownership
· Strong communication and organizational skills
