About you

You’ll need to be passionate about working in a high-growth sector and ready to play a leading role in disrupting the commercial real-estate industry. You will have a track record of creating, launching and embedding sales processes and new tools to support a team to consistently exceed sales targets. Furthermore, you will thrive on thinking innovatively and creatively to ensure our teams close multiple high-value deals at pace, driven by your tenacity, focus and support.

This is a high intensity job, so you need maximise the use of your time to develop world-class ways of working to enable our teams to be self-sufficient in generating leads, pitching for new business and closing deals out quickly & efficiently. You will lead by example and use your outstanding communication and Sales operations skills to present a truly compelling narrative to prospects so they see the value in being an IWG partner.

What you will be doing

Reporting to Global Growth Director, you will join the leadership team to deliver our growth agenda. You will harness your entrepreneurial mindset, strong business & financial acumen and leadership skills to achieve outstanding results as we add over 2,000 new partners to our network in the next 12 months.

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Lead the evolution and enhancement of our Partnership development sales processes and the sales tools used globally across a team of 250+
  • Develop and execute our go-to-market strategies for all existing and new brand development and growth
  • Continuously review and improve the collateral being used in support of the Sales team.
  • Drive the sharing of best practices and launching all new ways of working effectively on a global scale.
  • Co-ordinate and drive our sales team training and onboarding set-up to help develop a world-class training and development system.
  • Provide support to enable leadership to actively manage the team’s pipeline of opportunities to ensure the group’s sales target is achieved, every single month.
  • Ensure the team is highly motivated and each person has a clear action and development plan.
